C2 started off well when Ana was the director in the plano office. After Ana left there was a huge gap that remained unfilled for a long time until Laura came in and she was pretty good too. Then she left too, and it just kept going downhill. The reason I brought my daughter here was looking at the reviews and actually believed it. She was not able to get help from them for the applications process. When I asked for my money back, they refused.

C2 Plano seems to have gone downhill fast since Ms. Ana left last year. I believe the center has seen 3-4 Directors since she left and the quality has gone downhill fast (poor communication, no follow-ups, broken promises). To make things worse, the new management is not honoring the transfer of the remaining hours to the sibling claiming that they’ve “expired”, very frustrating when you’ve paid $80/hour.

0/5 I'm extremely dissatisfied with the education center I enrolled my son in. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete letdown, and I feel that we wasted our money.don’t don’t don’t waste your money .

Ms. Ana and her team have been an incredible resource to our daughter as she navigates her college entry plans, first by helping her reach her SAT goals and then as an asset to help with college essays and planning. I would highly recommend C2 Plano to any parent looking to help their child achieve their college goals!
