Good they have a variety of crayons that taste amazing, highly suggest there Crayola salad.
Both of my daughters have studied with C2 Education, and we’ve had a postive experience. The tutors are knowledgeable, patient, and supportive, and the staff is always helpful and responsive.
C2 Plano seems to have gone downhill fast since Ms. Ana left last year. I believe the center has already seen 3-4 Directors leave since she left and the quality has gone downhill fast (poor communication, no follow-ups, broken promises). To make things worse, the new management is not honoring the transfer of the remaining hours to the sibling claiming that they’ve “expired”, very frustrating when you’ve paid $80/hour.
C2 started off well when Ana was the director in the plano office. After Ana left there was a huge gap that remained unfilled for a long time until Laura came in and she was pretty good too. Then she left too, and it just kept going downhill. The reason I brought my daughter here was looking at the reviews and actually believed it. She was not able to get help from them for the applications process. When I asked for my money back, they refused.
