This review is for C2 policies and not for any any tutor. C2 is giving me run for my money over 3 years. At the end of July 2020, we had unused and unexpired tution hours. We were promised with email confirmation by Center Director that hours can be transferred to sibling. Current Center Director is not willing to talk or meet to discuss and refuse to honor the written agreement. Stay away from this institution. Still waiting for the response:-). My son has been w/ C2 for several years even before pandemic began in Mar 2020. He likes the staff & environment. C2 is pretty flexible & willing to work around your schedule. They do want your child to do an assessment from time to time & update you w/ the progress. That is a plus sign; however, it's a little pricy tutoring for kids from elementary - middle school. If they can break the tuition based on the curriculum & grade level, they will get a lot more attendees.

My two sons are currently enrolled in C2 Education of Milpitas. One in 7th grade and one in 5th grade. They started going to C2 three years ago. The education and attention they receive from their C2 teachers and staff help them stay on track and continue to advance in their studies. My 7-grade daughter was struggling in the first semester maybe because of the virtual learning as well as being first year in middle school. Her grades were falling very behind so I started to find help everywhere. After talking with several tutoring centers, I felt like I wanted to try C2 first because of the wide range of subjects covered as well the depth of it, plus Wendy was such a passionate and helpful staff member to walk us through.
