I’m highly disappointed with service offered at c2 Gillette. My 5th grade son came for a few months to prep for a standardized test. There was no tracking of progress, multiple requests to receive tutoring summaries that weee never received and minimal score improvement. In just 3 months, center management changed 3 times. It was a waste of time and money. The current center director did refer us to Bridgewater cuz of my concerns. I agree with the recent review from another family as below as I had the same experience and feeling. This place is not professional. It felts like they cared more about selling more courses than actually helping the child. Avoid this establishment. We invested $10k in a package, and while the facility initially seemed well-equipped with plenty of tutors, things quickly changed. When we were ready to begin this year, there were no tutors available for our child’s subject. Reaching them was nearly impossible calls went unanswered, leaving us no choice but to visit in person.
