I agree with the recent review from another family as below as I had the same experience and feeling. This place is not professional. It felts like they cared more about selling more courses than actually helping the child. Avoid this establishment. We invested $10k in a package, and while the facility initially seemed well-equipped with plenty of tutors, things quickly changed. When we were ready to begin this year, there were no tutors available for our child’s subject. Reaching them was nearly impossible calls went unanswered, leaving us no choice but to visit in person. I've been going to C2 for about a year now, and in addition to improving my SAT scores,C2 has also helped me boost my GPA higher than I ever thought I could get it to. My math tutor, Niki, always makes sure that I understand what I'm working on, and if I don't, then she explains the topic and really helps me figure out any problem I'm working on. My English tutor, David, has helped me improve my English SAT score and he does a great job at explaining topics that I don't understand or have a hard time grasping.
