Both of my sons went to C2 Education and they have amazing tutors to help them get great SAT scares and they both got into their dream colleges. Mr Horace is absolutely a godsend!!! He helped both of my sons to navigate through the complex applications for different colleges, finical aids and scholarships. I had a similar experience to another reviewer. They upsell hard at every turn. They make incredible promises about the test results your child can achieve. The tutoring they provide is ineffective. No test taking tactics and your kid will be left alone for most of their time at C2 doing work with little 1-1 guidance or support. The tutors change frequently and without notice.
As a student who attended C2 for two years to improve both my SSAT and SAT scores, I can honestly say this was one of the worst academic investments my family has ever made. For the price my parents were paying, the quality of teaching did not reflect the cost at all. Most of the instructors seemed uninterested and unprofessional. I have no problem seeking tutoring or extra help, but at C2 it felt like I had to chase the teachers just to get basic support. I’m very disappointed with C2. The tuition is high, but the quality of the teachers doesn’t match the price. Customer service is also unresponsive — it feels like they only care about collecting payments, not helping students.
I came to C2 Education since I was having trouble with a few of my classes since freshman year. My tutors have all been really great at teaching their own respective subjects. Jesus is really clear with teaching math and taught me so many techniques to help me get a 780/800 on the math section on the SAT. And Cathy helped me get a 5 on my AP World Exam and got my SAT score from a 1060 to a 1420.
