I have been taking my kids to C2 Education in Cumming, but the experience has been very disappointing. The center is severely understaffed, and every time I schedule a meeting, I’m kept waiting for a long time. I have already paid over $20,000, but after I declined to purchase additional sessions, the staff’s responsiveness and attention noticeably dropped. It feels like their focus is more on sales than on student progress or customer care. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and communication.
I can’t thank Cumming C2 enough for the support and guidance they’ve given me throughout my high school journey.
