I am very disappointed with our experience at C2 Education in Bethesda. We purchased 100 hours of tutoring and were told in writing by the original center director that any unused hours would be fully refundable. When leadership changed, the new director refused to honor that written refund promise and instead verbally promised that our unused hours would never expire and could be used by a cousin. We’ve had an excellent experience with this tutoring center, and I want to especially recognize Nancy, the Center Director. She is extremely professional, honest, and truly cares about helping students improve. My child started off struggling—well below average—and over time has made steady progress to an average and even above-average level in several subjects.
