We had a great experience with Z Tutoring for our 13-year-old son. The tutor was patient, supportive, and really helped him stay engaged and build confidence. We also appreciated the clear communication and flexibility. We saw real progress and would definitely recommend Z Tutoring to other families.
I am very disappointed with our experience at C2 Education in Bethesda. We purchased 100 hours of tutoring and were told in writing by the original center director that any unused hours would be fully refundable. When leadership changed, the new director refused to honor that written refund promise and instead verbally promised that our unused hours would never expire and could be used by a cousin.
