worst school in Cumberland county C. Wayne Collier Elementary is the worst school in Cumberland county. My son was beat up in Oct of 2005 by 3 4th grade students. When the school doors open there is supposed to be adult supervision until the final bell rings. The restroom and hallway were left unattended, my son was choked and thrown up against the wall.
