I would not refer him. He charged us $3,000 that was supposed to be used towards our order. He did a few hours of drawing and put them in a binder. He got mad at us for changing some things and said we that our $3,000 was for the few drawings in a binder. Not patience and not professional.

Avoid this man. Highly unstable and abusive to clients who spend enormous amounts of $$$ with him. Never again

This man is absolutely insane. His designs and products are great. Everything was perfect, until it wasn’t. We were his “best clients”, for a while. Then, once things were rounding the corner and everything was ordered, he turned and turned hard. He screamed profanities at my husband and I. Accused us of abuse and said he was quitting his business “because if YOU!”. It was our first time remodeling and we had NO idea what we were doing. We did a whole house remodel and used Chuck for tile and cabinets. He was very expensive but said he and his team would be with us through out the project. That didn't happen. He was very attentive until he got the deposit. That's when the problems started. We asked for final elevations of the cabinet design and didn't see them until he sent drawings to our contractor. That's when we realized he got the design wrong and some of the cabinets had to be reordered causing a delay. When the cabinets arrived half of them had the w... read more

The staff at CW Quinn are fantastic. For cabinets, tile or design, there is no other place you should go. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. They had unique tile options that we couldn’t find anywhere else. We can’t say enough good things about them.
