I will say, she is very direct and doesn't give a warm and fuzzy vibe. That was perfect for me though, I just needed to get my issue handled.
Very rude. Once she realized I just needed verbal advice(which I specified from the beginning) and wasn't going to pay $900 for her to amend my taxes, she abruptly stopped answering my emails/questions.
