Absolutely disgusting !!! RUN FAST, RED FLAGS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL When I first got in touch with her, I was relieved that I would be receiving help with the situation that was just stressful and traumatic. I was genuinely appreciative until her behavior changed when I made her aware of previous representation. I offered her the documentation to prove no lien was on my case and no work was ever done and she was just nasty and rude. Only cares about money. Not about the client.
Billed my legal insurance for only a demand letter which did nothing to help with my car dealer issue then promptly dropped my case. I don't think she even looked at any of the damage pictures I provided or the evidence of my car being listed as damaged at an auction before it was sold to me as certified. I would give 0 stars if I could this was absolutely useless.
