If I could give them a HALF Star... I would. Absolutely the WORST CU Branch I've experienced. Everytime I've deposited a check or tried to withdraw money from my shared branch account, I get the "run around".....This last incident was the final straw. I wish they would go back to being GOLD COAST FEDERAL CU... they were much more organized and professional.

I have to concur with some of the comments about prejudice behavior. I get denied deposits every time I come here because checks have my maiden & married name and my ID only has my maiden name. The clerk had this distrusting attitude from the time she saw my locs and black skin. To add injury to insult I produced my SS card including both last names and they wouldn’t accept it, address matched check exact. Don’t waste your time here especially if you’re not Hispanic.

Is so convenient to make transactions here when your Credit Union is far away & very good staff. Just wish they will open a bit earlier. Love it!!

Will not call other credit unions in the credit union services network to verify check deposits have not been already made on checks having “mobile deposit” accidentally checked. I will not use this branch unless it is my absolute last choice.
