Atrocious. Does not write back. Filed a complaint almost 3 weeks ago NO response. 78 in the afternoon is pretty much late
Getting annoyed with late night inconsiderate driver's shutting the doors and taking off as I'm walking up to the bus at the Mill Plain Transit Station.
I waited for the last #30 bus headed downtown a couple nights ago. The schedule said it would be there at 10:30 or so. I arrived at the stop at 9:42. Waited until 11:30. No bus ever came! Thank god my daughter was able to send an uber for me. Have since heard that this happens a lot with the last routes of the day. Shame on you! There are people who can't walk, or don't have anyone to call them an Uber. This should be a crime.
