I was at the Cascade Plaza getting lunch and when I came out my car was blocked by the CTran van. I asked the driver to move because I had to get back to work. She refused stating she was waiting for a passanger to come out of one of the restaurants. I asked her if she could drive around the parking lot or back up so I could leave and she said no. "I'm not going to do her that way." So I sat in my car frustrated and called CTran to make a complaint when I got back to my office.

The vine is never on time. Says arriving in 4 minutes I have be waiting 10 minutes. In the past I have waited an hour for the vine. Is there no accountability at c tran? Any other job that you're constantly late you get fired... And sometimes even after being super later they decide to stop and have little breaks. Sometimes to read a book sometimes to smoke.... When you're already LATE. The website is either inaccurate or again the drivers and the supervisor just don't give a damn. We have to switch busses. We have to get to... read more
