I’ve had multiple alarming encounters with C‑TRAN drivers, and the lack of accountability is extremely frustrating. I’ve seen their vehicles run red lights, speed well above the limit, and force their way into lanes without regard for other drivers. On more than one occasion, I had the right of way and was nearly pushed off the road because a C‑TRAN driver decided to merge at the last second instead of doing so safely when they had plenty of opportunity. C-TRAN security has the focus to stalk me, but Route 31 drivers are apparently too "blind" to see the stops or the pedestrians they nearly flattened in their haste to skip me.

I was at the Cascade Plaza getting lunch and when I came out my car was blocked by the CTran van. I asked the driver to move because I had to get back to work. She refused stating she was waiting for a passanger to come out of one of the restaurants. I asked her if she could drive around the parking lot or back up so I could leave and she said no. "I'm not going to do her that way." So I sat in my car frustrated and called CTran to make a complaint when I got back to my office.
