I didn’t have a coin for a cart, so I nervously asked a lady for hers, not realizing that meant she’d lose her dollar. I started to back away, mortified, but she just said, ‘It’s okay, take it!’ Her generosity made my day. Thank you to that kind stranger for your warmth and to the store for being a place where kindness happens.
