Great place to unwind and enjoy sauna and cold plunge. The facility is always clean and staff is helpful and friendly.
We love coming here! They always give us an extra towel for the floor and are so friendly. Cold plunge and sauna is a game changer for our fitness recovery. I personally feel so much better and sleep better after a late night appt.
My wife booked us a contrast therapy session and we loved it! Very helpful staff and the rooms are super nice. We hooked our phones up to the speakers in the sauna and it created a great environment. The sauna has a red light therapy attachment, so we were able to get those benefits as well. Pretty pricey, but it was a great experience. If finances allow us, we will probably get a monthly membership.
First time trying the red light sauna. It was such a neat experience. The facility is so clean. And Amanda who helped us was great. Will definitely go back to try other services!
Booked a contrast therapy suite. The establishment was clean and we were greeted with the friendliest staff. They got us set up in our room and made sure we had everything we needed. The sauna was great but that cold plunge was next level. I’m 6’4 and I was able to get my whole body in the tub. 45 mins of contrast therapy was just the right amount of time. Will definitely book again.
