I bought a disposable vape from this location on the 26th only for me to get home and realize said vape was burnt, I went back the following night hoping to either exchange or refund the item. I was then told I need to come back during the morning when the manager is in to process that, only for me to then be told the manager isn't in despite being told they'd be there during the hours. and for the third time today I just went and only now am I being told they won't refund or exchange the vape.
