I’ve had service with most every company since the 90’s. I thought dropped calls were a thing of the past or in extremely remote areas. I have dropped calls DAILY with C-Spire in areas with good coverage. When I call my wife or she calls me, our phones don’t ring, goes straight to VM. It will show you had a missed call. I went here to pay for my fathers cell phone bill, they were helpful the people that was working there was helpful because I use the automated machine to pay his bill, I was in and out in no time.
Terrible customer service. They know nothing of setting up a new phone service. The next day I had to visit a different store to fix ever problem with my account they created.
