-i had the best experience today with a young man named Jay. I needed help with A LOT of things on my account. He was so helpful and kind. Gave me different options and even let me pick an easy phone number for a line. Top notch service and genuinely kind and good person. Give that man a raise, higher cimmussion, and a gold medal.

Products are good. Did get a free Galaxy A16 with starting a new line but data plan didn't last like the salesman told me it would.

I’ve had service with most every company since the 90’s. I thought dropped calls were a thing of the past or in extremely remote areas. I have dropped calls DAILY with C-Spire in areas with good coverage. When I call my wife or she calls me, our phones don’t ring, goes straight to VM. It will show you had a missed call. In group text for work, the text doesn’t come in order they were sent, and often don’t get the very first one, which is the most important. This has been going on the entire first year, every day. I went here to pay for my fathers cell phone bill, they were helpful the people that was working there was helpful because I use the automated machine to pay his bill, I was in and out in no time.
