6am appointment, I checked in at 5.50am than was told to wait for door to get unloaded. Got door around 6.40am with only 4 pallets to unload it's currently 10.40am and they are still working on it. Went into receiving office to check and told it's only 4 pallets and they kept saying we have to break it down. All the other truck drivers were going through the same, just waste of time...
STAY AWAY DO NOT DELIVER HERE 10 hours to unload. Checked in at 3:30 am appointment time. They check box by box on your time.
I delivered to them this morning (as of writing this). Unlike other reviewers’ experiences here, I was really impressed that it took only 1 hour and a half to unload my trailer. Staff, from the security up front, to the receiver office in the back, was very friendly. And (as for the west side of the main warehouse building, my only experience at this location so far) there’s a lot of space for parking. What really sticks out to me is how specific the rules are. Horrible location to deliver to! Rude works and no communication! Phone number is disconnected and no way to get ahold of anyone! Do Not Pick Up or Deliver Loads From/To Here!
