One of our cans got damaged and I talked with Tami and she got a new one out to us right away, great costumer service!
This Company is a Giant Joke! The people at Waste Management did a GREAT JOB and are Missed! C&S waste however is absolutely horrible! Customer Service Rating is ZERO! They are more concerned about money than their Customers or The Earth! I only gave them 1 Star Because 0 isn’t available. The Woman treats you like Garbage on the Phone! They will say they’re concerned but they are not! Rude! Rude! Rude! Don’t listen to what the woman says after I post this she is not interested in making Customer Service Any Better! This is the worst company to deal with. Their customer service is horrible. They will hang up in your face after they yell at you because they don’t want to do their job. Sarah is the only person there that has some decency.
Friendly service. When I had a compost can that stunk, they promptly switched it out of for a new one, which they will do once a year for customers. Always nice on the phone.
Our driver has always been wonderful😀 They work long days and early hours but are always here with a smile.
