Horrible, horrible customer service.. home and commercial services.. but very punctual to charge your credit card. You go in person and straight up they ignore you!! She answered 3 calls before she acknowledged me! Rule of thumb in customer service is the customer who is physically in front of you takes precedence, period!! NOT the one calling to ask about your hours of operations!!! I know that most likely she was ignoring me on purpose because when you call, they never answer!!!

The most garbage trash company I've ever dealt with. They go out of their way to make sure that they don't completely empty the cans. I could understand if the trash is packed too tight, but that isn't the case here.

Continuous disappointment with this company since it was purchased by C&S. Terrible customer service, increased prices, decreased capacity. And what other choice do we have? Lost another great company to corporate buy out.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. When I needed to change the size of my cans they made it really easy to understand and transitioned quickly. I made a mistake about what I was putting in my recycling can and they left me a note. A few weeks later they left me another note thanking me for making the change. They do two free large item pickups per year. I have fully taken advantage of this. The people in the office have always been professional and helpful.
