Forced to use them. They took over from Redwood and gave me a 64gal can. Now apparently I have to pay more if I want to keep it tho there was never any disclosure by the company until after my can had to be replaced. Good job guys, you found the missing link. If I had a choice I would use them.

They screwed up and act like it’s my fault
Yes they DO have a monopoly! We pay them and they refuse to empty our cans, and RED TAG them! EVEN when we have a confirmation number for the payment! They are inept, and always have "their wires crossed"!🤬 They also "tell you one thing, then do something else"!🤬
They never dropped off my garbage cans and still charge me, cannot get a hold of anyone, phone number just switched to an automated robotic AI, Lake County needs to end their contract ASAP!
