No problems, complicated instructions for compostable garbage. Good phone service. A bit expensive.
This is a tough one for me to give the chosen rating. I've never really had troubles with them, the employees have been polite on the phone. I also exchange a friendly hand wave with the truck driver when I see him. The problems with this company aren't at the lower employee levels. This is a problem with the way their system is structured. If by calling I can get the prices of various services, I should also be able to see a price chart on the website. These people are worse than the old company. I want to reiterate what the other people have said. This company does not care about its customers and is very rude.
One of our cans got damaged and I talked with Tami and she got a new one out to us right away, great costumer service!
This Company is a Giant Joke! The people at Waste Management did a GREAT JOB and are Missed! C&S waste however is absolutely horrible! Customer Service Rating is ZERO! They are more concerned about money than their Customers or The Earth! I only gave them 1 Star Because 0 isn’t available. The Woman treats you like Garbage on the Phone! They will say they’re concerned but they are not! Rude! Rude! Rude! Don’t listen to what the woman says after I post this she is not interested in making Customer Service Any Better!
