Amazing experience, called to ask a question and they took the time to guide me without pushing any paid service. Honest, helpful, and genuinely kind.
Jessie Lacayo was difficult to work with and I often had to call CRA to clarify the situation for her. Ultimately decided to go somewhere else after trying with this service a few years.
