Refreshing promptness in completing returns and very reasonable fees. Wish we'd found them sooner. Have recommended them to several friends who are also repeat customers now.
The first situation that made me unimpressed with Jessie Lacayo was when I was locked out of my CRA account and asked her if she would email me my NOA's for 2 particular years. She was reluctant which left a bad taste in my mouth as it was urgent (needed it for court) and I was stuck. What ever happened to being a good person and helping someone out when they are stuck?
