⭐ 1 STAR — Extremely disappointing experience My experience with C & S Pawn Shop in Norwich was disappointing from beginning to end. We walked in with approximately 30–40 minutes remaining before their posted closing time, yet the attitude we received immediately made it feel as though our presence was an inconvenience. I absolutely do NOT recommend C&S Pawn based on my experience. About a week ago, I took out a $500 pawn loan using two Segways worth approximately $2,400. I was originally offered only $500 to purchase the Segways outright, which I declined. Instead, I took the loan, bringing the payoff to approximately $600 with the interest and fees. A week later, I found my own buyer for the Segways. I went to C&S Pawn with the buyer, ready to pay off the loan and retrieve my property. Great service, comfortable atmosphere. The two staff guys were the best ❤️. I got a 65 inch TV for $200 when it was for $225. It's been a year now and my Google smart TV is still perfectly beautiful.. I recommend this pawn shop to anybody who is looking for fair and decent deals, respectively 💞
They don’t like doing phone quotes even with Item info provided, Ask for item to be brought in and dismiss the item in less than 5 mins because asking value was to high, item cost 500$ new all asked was to be meet halfway not even met with a re-offer just went in to have my time wasted. They always want to low ball even with good quality items being brought in. Wouldn’t recommend
