Not a good work environment and they really don't care about the residents
My mother has been at Castle Peak for almost two years and has thoroughly enjoyed herself. The staff are exceptional and she has met so many new friends. There are a variety of activities and amenities. I would highly recommend Castle Peak for anyone who wants the best for their family.
My mother just recently moved into Castle Peak and is adjusting much better than I anticipated. I believe this is due to the incredible support from the staff who have been extremely kind, reassuring and attentive during such a major transition. One of the biggest reasons for choosing Castle Peak was the warmth of the staff and the demeanour of the residents. Perfect home for our twilight years. Peaceful place. Friendly staff.
Disappointed in the new management and owners. Not the same family fun atmosphere, declined care and staffing levels. Very few RPN's working at CP. UCP's are the new nursing staff and they are not educated through a college PSW program, they are underqualified working under the DOC license. No Registered staff overnight, UCP, RCA and a housekeeper to oversee the entire building. I pray for the residents.
