Do not expect kind and patient people to help you with your taxes. Unfortunately, I was unable to have a question even answered. I was very polite, despite the blatant disrespect I received over the phone. I refrain from calling the lady I spoke to out by name, as I hope she can find peace in her heart. But I would not recommend. Very nasty lady.
