Unfortunately I had to return 2 men’s shirts because both shirts were fraying and never worn. Monica at the front desk accused me of wearing, washing and putting the tags back on the shirt. Monica should not be dealing with the public! For being a Lake Geneva resident, I have never been treated in this manner by anyone in this town! You should be ashamed of how you treat your customers!
