I’m very sad to just give 1 star but it’s because they lost my parcel and split up my two package parcel. And I’m still waiting for my second parcel to arrive. Plus I had lots of lies over where my parcel is. And to be honest I’ve purchased something very nice and not cheap and I’m overall unhappy as I’m now having to wait till after the bank holiday weekend till I will hopefully probably received my items.
CR Express are an absolute joke! A franchisee of XDP Express, CR are unreliable, rude and completely obnoxious. They cocked up my delivery, and when I called got told it wasn't their problem and they hung up. This is for a delivery I paid to be delivered on a certain day. I would never recommend anyone use this bunch of clowns for anything. You'll be lucky if they can find their own elbows let alone your house.. and if they do find your house, you won't want these amateurs in it.
