Very kind and prompt on the phone and in person Update: on my last interaction with this company there was a small issue with an auction item. In a polite and friendly manner they FAR exceeded any expectation to 'make it right'. Simply first rate experience every time and it's not as if I'm known to them so this appears to be their standard.
