This credit union sucks, they will charge fees just to be charging will. They will not answer the phone, answer email or provide any paperwork that is ever requested.
Recently my husband and I paid off our truck loan at C Plant Federal Credit Union. Because this business does not accept payments over the phone, I had called the Madisonville location to receive the exact payment amount as of the payoff date. I mailed that amount in the form of a check from my online bill pay. We phoned the Madisonville location to find out about the title release after the check cleared our bank and was told in a couple of weeks.
