Peter Fisher represented me against a rogue builder but his incompetence was so great that a judge warned me to sack him as he was concerned I was not being represented by a professional. I wrote a review under my partner's google account in error, (see the other one star review from Paul Beech for more details on this) so this one is now in my name so that there can be no accusations of using a fake name as was Peter Fisher's response to the review with threats to sue me. Peter Fisher forged documents in a court case held on 3rd September 2018, Case ref E01YJ810 where it was discovered that he failed his law degree in the first year of his degree and was not qualified to practice law. I first approached C P Law with regards to a matter where a company were trying to obtain payment under a personal guarantee which I had unwittingly signed as part of a signature to a company document. Peter Fisher contacted me and after a short chat I sent the documentation to him speaking to him a few days later when he had read it. These people are useless and cheater 😒 I have used the service for Divorce I got call from there team they Offer me £1000 fees charge for my case I have to pay court fees and other charges I agreed my x was ready we were not having any property distribute or money or kids custody very straight forward case they wasted my more than a year..my case colesd in February now in AUGUST sending me threatening email that they have worked very hard on my case Invoice off £2400 ... and what I have already paid £1000 They are big CHEAT... read more
