My experience this year with Mr. Sardella was very different from my initial one, and unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this firm. While my first year was positive, this year I experienced multiple issues with communication, transparency, and professionalism. I had specifically asked in writing for a complimentary consultation to ask a few questions, and there was no indication at the time that it would be charged. I would strongly advise against using this CPA. I have been requesting copies of my own tax records for over a month with no resolution. Communication has been inconsistent, and responsibility is repeatedly shifted to staff rather than handled directly. In addition, unexpected fees were added at the end of the year that were never clearly explained upfront. I feel I was overcharged, and transparency around billing has been a serious concern.
