I called all over the city until finally calling C&M, who actually knew what I was talking about for my DIY upholstery project (a very old boat). They provided clear, valuable advice, based on obvious product and process knowledge. They are head and shoulders above the competition.
I'm not one to often leave reviews, but as a business owner myself, I know their value. The C&M Upholstery shop truly went above and beyond for us! After getting our tow tube ripped while boating with the kids, I dropped it off at 10 AM expecting a week-long wait. But by 2 PM the same day, it was repaired and ready! The customer service was top-notch, and the speedy turnaround was impressive. Five stars isn't enough – thanks for the exceptional service!
Got a quote for 2000$, put a down payment of 1500$ and was charged 3300$ on final invoice….then denied the quote without a “quote work order number”… was definitely a “one time” shopper for me to go there:.. nice work, I won’t be back.
I had a tear in the outside top edge of my Jeep's driver seat for years now. It's common on a lot of vehicles just from getting in and out repeatedly, you could see the foam under and it was getting pretty chewed up. I got C & M to fix it, they replaced the foam in that section and re-stitched the seat and honestly it looks like it came from the factory when it was new. They did an excellent job!
