Unfortunately, I would not recommend. We were a new client and our documents were held onto for over two months. We had to call repeatedly to get them to bring our bookkeeping up to date for our nonprofit. They didn’t communicate with us, they simply cancelled our appointments. I understand things happen, but we should have been given our documents back if they couldn’t handle our project. Now we will owe late penalties.
