Dr. Ruby has helped me tremendously. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely compassionate. I never feel rushed during our sessions—she always takes the time to truly listen, which I deeply appreciate. I've had acupuncture in the past, but Dr. Ruby is by far the best practitioner I've ever been to.

I have been going to Ruby for years. Chronic back pain used to keep me from doing things I love. Since going to Ruby, I no longer need a chiropractor nor pain meds. She always seems to diagnos issues before the get worse. Very intuitive. I highly recommend her.

I have been receiving weekly accupunture treatments from Ruby for several months. She is an outstanding accupunturist. Very thorough and asks all the right questions to get to the root of cause. Each session is tailored to exactly what I need that day. I have felt unbelievable improvements. Also she can provide cupping therapy to treat my headaches and migraines. I honestly can't say enough about the amazing work she does with me. Ruby definitely is one of a kind.

I have been seeing Dr. Ruby Chao for several months now, on the recommendation of a friend. She has made a huge positive difference in the pain in my knees and back. She goes above and beyond my treatments, using massage and herbal patches to go home with. I appreciate how she listens and hears what and where my pain is suggests ways to help at home. I would highly recommend Dr. Chao for acupuncture treatment.
