I paid in full £419 for a hot point tumble dryer February 2024 and within 8 months I had two engineers out to fix it,the first one said it was the belt and replaced it and then the second one said it was a screw under the belt that was causing it to break so he put some tape over it,unbelievable for a a brand new dryer! Our oven stopped working so we decided to replace the oven, hob and extractor at the same time so we had as little disruption to ourselves as possible. We first went into CK after visiting a larger retail store, who had stressed that built under ovens where a niche market and we could not view them in any store. Stunning service from this company from start to finish. John Lewis wouldn't deliver our fridge freezer and let us down. CK supplied and delivered delivered the fridge freezer on the same day. The delivery team were professional, helpful and really went above and beyond. Brandon in the sales team provided lots of information and support.
