Great service
They goofed my simplest of W2s causing an IRS hold, then told me its normal, to wait it out when much later I had to call the IRS to fix their error. I try to do my business with the small mom and pop shops, but in this case it didn't pay off, literally. I'd also expect a tax business to be more professional over the phone. You would experience more profesional service calling a rural feed store honestly.
