We had a negative experience with this company. I booked tickets for both my husband and son where flying in on different airlines. Both flights were delayed for hours due to weather. I called the bus station three hours before the scheduled bus ride to ask what happens if the bus is missed. I was told it was not a big deal and they could use the ticket and get on the next bus.
