We've been here so many times and at all times of the day or night - we head to Logan alot at 2 am - and the staff is always friendly and helpful both in the terminal and the drivers.
Generally speaking, we love the C&J. But to the short heavy-set woman with blonde hair who works at the C&J Dover stop, Chasing us away as we're trying to pick up our disabled grandfather, shame on you. I understand that you don't allow drop offs closer to the lane where the bus stops. That makes sense, because cars will block the bus from arriving in it's place on time.
