65 year old male golfer. Went to Craig for help with flexibility and golf centric workout. After assessing my strengths and weaknesses, Craig showed me a variety of exercises and stretches using basic bands and dumbbells in addition to floor stretches. I’ve incorporated several of the techniques Craig showed into my own workout activities.
