Typically make very good dies. No problems with off the shelf sets. Custom work is another story. Had me send in brass and a broken die do to an oversize chamber. 8 months later and things have gone silent. No updates and no responses and no brass returned to me.
They apparently only have one competent employee and he's lazy. I waited over 18 months for a back order and finally just cancelled it after hearing the same "you're next" for the past two months. Their stuff is probably great, but if it's not in stock you may never get it.
Just received my 9.3x72r die set and shell holder. Extremely well made. Exceptional quality. Could not be happier. Highly recommend this company. Look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Jacob assisted me with what I needed with the utmost customer service and professionalism. He gave me great advice on what I could do to repair my die and gave options on what CH4D had available if I needed parts. It sounded like he knew the inventory of the firm like the back of his hand, definitely sounded like he was fully vested in his work! Truly a great firm to do business with that has top notch employees!
