AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Very unresponsive. It takes WEEKS to hear back from the people that work there. When you call they office the attorney's and their assistants are ALWAYS "on the phone" but can never call you back after hours, days, and weeks of waiting on a reply. Very inconsistent information given if and when they ever do call you back. Not a good place to get a restart if you need professional assistants. The Worst Ever Been dealing with them since August 2015 still dealing with them Now April 2016 go somewhere else for sure...Update 2017 Still waiting for them to do there job! And when they do I'll remove the review! and I don't know who Jll is talking about but I make my payments and supplied all documents but it seems paperwork is approved but you can't get documents signed for months!

I am very dissatisfied with the experience of dealing with this agency. When I have a question or need answers, I have to make several calls with no return call back. I do not appreciate the fact that it is almost impossible to speak to the paralegal that handles the case, or once you do speak to them, they act as if you are annoying them, instead of them proudly doing their job.
