The patience and professionalism of everyone here deserves 10 out of 5!!! We were in a rush for a title search & deed to move forward quickly with purchasing property! I called daily to check in and politely try to move it as fast as possible! Every one that dealt with me as moved as fast as they could and with so much understanding! Everything was going fine on my bankruptcy except for a broke vehicle that the creditor refused to come pick up. Sarah advised me to wait till after the discharge date, and we will be able to do more. I was under the impression that at least a court ordered letter could be sent to the creditor. After the discharge date passed I could not get her on the phone or by email. When I finally got fed up and asked if she stopped being my attorney after the discharge date she got on the phone and went off on me saying she was sitting... read more
