BUYER BEWARE !!! These Criminals charged me $27 ( after quoting me $16 on the phone ) to ship a 1oz plastic nav light lens that cost $12 ,, from Boston to NY ....Came in a huge box in another box & couldve been dropped in an envelope & shipped for $2 probably Scam Artists !!!!
Placed order on Jan. 8 for 2 Perko strainer parts. One of these is difficult to get in Washington State. The prices were very reasonable. The order was delivered to an isolated northern Washington coast location on January 18. I would recommend this company because of how quickly the order was shipped.
Abysmal customer service after initial inquiry about a Perko product. Initially advised that they would have to order product and there is/would be a 12 week lead time -AND- finding from Perko that this company is one of the few that sold the item, I tried emailing the sales depatment to determine process for ordering. Never heard back. Took it upon myself to use their online ordering system to place order. Did get an automated response that order had been made. Terrible customer service and terrible website. They shipped me the wrong item twice and offer nothing to compensate for ruined holiday plans. They lost a new customer on a horrible first sale, that tells you a lot. Emails asking for compensation go unanswered. Go to the many better competitors.
