We have done mortgage business with C&F at the Alverser location for decades, and recently decided to open a home equity account with them. We could not be more pleased with the experience! Patrick took time to explain everything to us in detail, was kind and respectful, and put no pressure on us to do anything. We were so impressed that we then decided to transfer all of our banking accounts to C&F. They really make banking there feel like you’re part of a community.
This company is the worst once the have attain your loan. They will call you 50 times for paper that they already have but once your loan is complete everyone in accounting is suddenly to busy to answer your phone call and will never call you back.. After you left a message with all of your information. This was my second times using them. I would not recommend or use them again. David Miller Loan #8400209378
