CFJ did the bricks-and-mortar part of a small extension for us, but a concrete component (steps) was defective and after eventually they came to look they arranged for the concrete supplier to replace the items and pay CFJ for the repair time at our site. CFJ made one attempt to do the work while we were away but were scared away by 80+ years old neighbours. Since then we've never seen or heard from CFJ and they continue not to answer messages. Don't use if you want after-sales service
