Tonight I bought a fountain drink (Sprite) and failed to taste it until I got home. In tasting it I realized it had no syrup. I returned to the store requesting either they fix the Sprite or refill with a new drink. Austin told me that I probably emptied it and filled it with water. His solution was for me to pay for a new soda. I spend a lot of money at this location and expected a level of professionalism/customer service. There was no line in the store.
