After years of doing business with this firm, my family is very upset with the lack of returning phone calls, incompetent answers when we talked to someone and especially the fact that we paid and signed our completed tax return on 04/09/20. Our check for their services cleared our bank on 04/13/20 and as of today 04/24/20 our tax return has NOT been filed?! No response at all today from owner and am so very disappointed. This is not the time to be messing with clients and their tax returns 😤
