wow! Called this firm to set up a consultation with an attorney concerning a violation of my patient rights. Interesting that the non attorney receptionist that answered the phone stated, " that was not in their wheelhouse." That's funny, I thought I read that in the description of the firm. I also didn't know that secretaries made the decision about a firm's case load. Hmmm. Interesting.
This is a very, very unprofessional Law Firm. They are excessive excessive, rude and absolutely ruthless, and only care about their bank account
