Set an appointment for Saturday 11-3. After confirming new service to home that was not pre-wired I asked if I could have wireless directv. Cody explained this was not possible. Numerous phones calls back and forth and installers finally arrived at 4:30, clearly way over window of install. Evidently Cody (the owner) never explained job to installers and there was no time left to install. They explained it would take HOURS.
