I wish I could give 0 stars. We set an apt up with Carmen. We get to our Apt on time and with a toddler. Carmen wasn’t even there. We never got a phone call from her stating she wouldn’t be there or to explain to us why she wasn’t there or to even reschedule. So after sitting in the office “waiting” for her to get there for 30min an assistant finally comes out to tell us Carmen isn’t even coming… to do our taxes with her and then later on Carmen will call us.
