C. B. Lucas is the best! They come to our home every year and service our HVAC and water heater. They’re always on time and conscientious of doing great work! I highly recommend Eric and Larry for your HVAC needs. Locally owned and operated. They have taken care of us for a long time and hopefully will for many years in the future!
Troy was great. We’ve had an ongoing refrigerant issue with our HVAC even after getting a new heat pump and ac unit. He’s the first who has likely diagnosed the real problem. We’ll be asking for him again.
We have our HVAC maintained by CB Lucas and always request Eric or Troy- they are the best because they are so thorough, address all of our concerns and explain what they have done and what the recommend. Our system has been in top shape every year thanks to their diligence and awesome service.
So I had my semi-annual HVAC checkup and as usual CB Lucas folks were professional and efficient. This time my technician was Eric, who was just outstanding. Not only was my system checked including changing filters and cleaning outside coils. I was very pleased with the service.
