You know you've found the right guy for a loan when his name is Rich! I loved how quick and easy it was to get approved. All they care about is the LTV. At CB, they don't get hung up on your credit, because they don't even look at your credit. I borrowed money to fix up an rehab project and was able to finish the project fast thanks to CB, a normal bank would have taken forever.
