WOW! These guys really know their stuff. I was beginning to give up getting a mortgage, after talking to my bank and a couple of other brokers, but these guys really sorted out everything for me. They really did an excellent job, one small thing was that the adviser was 20 minutes late on the first appointment (traffic), which annoyed me, but after that everything was superb and more than made up for the initial irritation.
I have just had my first mortgage complete with these guys and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.My circumstances were a little tricky and I really didn't think I would be able to get on the housing ladder but they made it happen for me.Communication was first class,and I just sat back and let them get on with it!
