This company has now failed me 3 times! Today I scheduled for 11:30 appt which is 2 to 3 minutes away. Was picked up at 10:30. Upon entering the vehicle they had me sign for the ride that hadn't taken place yet. They ask how long I will be and I said I will be in and out in less than 15 minutes and are you going to be staying there to wait for me? No, I have to pick someone up and goto Bryan, Ohio. If I could guve them a negative 10 stars thats what they deserve . First of all my appointment was at 2:20 , they pick me up at 2:23 . There were 2 men in the vehicleand myself & my daughter get in the car and didnt even get a Hello , Hi , ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.......WHAT AN AKWARD RIDE THIS WAS . LUCKILY I live 8mins away from the facility so the Dr's office still took me . Just recently had a doctor's appointment, driver was early an try calling but I was eating an my phone was off, he came up to my apartment an knocked on my door I heard him talking to my nosey neighbor saying I have a problem.
